Biography

Tamika Williams, a wife and mother with 23 years of educational experience, is the Director of Special Education, advocating for neurodivergent learners. She brings a diverse perspective, holding a Master's in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's from Texas A&M University-Commerce.


Influenced by her mother, she sees education as an endless landscape, embodying a lifelong passion for inclusive learning. As a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., she extends her commitment to education and community through her consulting and service business, aspiring to leave a proud legacy for her children.

Each voice ​brings a unique perspective and ​purpose to this written piece, ​collectively shaping and influencing the ​landscape of education through Black ​womanhood.
